We ship from our warehouse in Bocholt-Suderwick (Germany) to all EU countries as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. We handle shipping ourselves with DHL.

You may receive several parcels per order.
Of course, shipping costs are only charged once.

* Up to 31.5 kg €27.95; from 31.5 kg shipping by freight forwarder.
Prices for EU countries include VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway we do not charge German VAT; import VAT, any customs duties and carrier fees are paid by the recipient.
Collection from our shop in Bocholt-Suderwick is free of charge.

The minimum order value is €5 per order.

Delivery times

• You can find the delivery time for each product on the product detail page.
• Please note that separate delivery periods are possible, particularly for plant nutrients. Many plants are shipped at times suited to the planting season and are therefore only available in time for the sowing/planting season.
• Natural influences may in some cases delay delivery dates. If an item is not in stock, it will be delivered as soon as possible.
• We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

Delivery of bulky items

• Goods shipped by freight forwarder are always delivered only after prior arrangement by telephone, usually on working days.
• Please note: delivery is usually made to the kerbside.

Different delivery address

• You can also have your order sent to a different address. To do so, click "different delivery address" in the "Delivery address" field in step 1 "Your details" of the checkout. You can then enter the address details of the different address.
