Jiffy potting soil Lightmix 50L with perlite – the perfect controlled start for your plants Are you looking for ultimate control over your plants' nutrition from the very first day? Jiffy potting soil Lightmix (50 litres) is a premium, lightly fertilised growing medium of absolutely professional quality. Jiffy is one of the most respected names in horticulture worldwide, and this Lightmix was developed specifically for growers who want to stay in control of their feeding schedule. Thanks to the addition of high-quality perlite granules, you benefit from an extremely airy structure in which roots can develop at lightning speed. Maximum control and superior root growth: your benefits Lightly pre-fertilised (Lightmix): this potting soil contains a subtle base fertilisation for the first 1 to 2 weeks of the growing cycle. This minimises the risk of overfeeding (burnt leaf tips) in young, vulnerable plants or freshly rooted cuttings. From the start you can steer directly with liquid grow and bloom nutrients. Enriched with premium perlite: the mix contains plenty of perlite granules. Perlite gives a very porous structure, so the medium does not compact or seal after repeated watering. This guarantees that the roots always have access to vital oxygen. Excellent water and air balance: Jiffy selects only the best types of peat for its mixes. This results in a substrate that holds water and nutrients effectively but drains excess water immediately. This drastically reduces the risk of overwatering and root rot. Stable pH and EC values: nothing is as frustrating as fluctuating soil values. Jiffy Lightmix is perfectly limed and buffered at the factory, ensuring a stable pH value at which your plants can absorb all the minerals offered directly and efficiently. 100% disease-free and clean: this medium is strictly controlled and undergoes a high-quality production process. It is guaranteed free of harmful fungi, weed seeds, soil diseases and insects. Ideal for indoor and outdoor growing Whether you grow in a high-tech indoor garden under LED lighting or want to fill your pots outside on the patio, Jiffy Lightmix offers the perfect, clean basis. The medium is extremely suitable for fast-growing crops, flowering plants, herbs and vegetables. Thanks to the generous 50-litre bag you can fill several large grow pots straight away.
