Root Starter
Root Starter makes planting cuttings in rockwool, coco and soil plugs easy. Dip the plugs once in the solution of Root Starter and tap water until they are wet. Take the plugs out of the solution and put the cuttings into the plugs. Within 7 to 10 days the cuttings will have many strong white roots.
Concentration: 1:100 (10 ml Root Starter per 1 litre of nutrient water).
Suitable for: watering plugs, cutting and starter blocks. Reviving poor cuttings.
Note: Root Starter slowly darkens under the influence of room temperature. Shake well before use. In solution, Root Starter remains effective for 5 days. Hortifit recommends using Root Starter in combination with Aquaclean.
Instructions for use:
Dip the plugs once in the solution of Root Starter and tap water until they are wet. Take the plugs out of the solution and then put the cuttings into the plugs. When dosing Root Starter, the pH value will be 5.5-6.0 in 95% of cases. If the pH value is still above 6.0, lower it with pH-Bloom (phosphoric acid).
