The Hortus Gear 600 watt complete set includes clear tubular high-pressure sodium lamps. These have a particularly long service life, which reduces costs. The subtle lighting creates a pleasant harmony in the room.
The Lucalox HO is the standard lamp from General Electric. What makes the HO lamps special compared with all other brands is their HOT restart capability.
The lamp can be restarted IMMEDIATELY after switching off or a power cut and does not need to cool down. Electronic ballasts in particular try to restart the lamp with several hundred pulses per minute after a power cut. Only the Lucalox HO can withstand this in the long run. It produces a warm light with a colour temperature of 2000 K. The warm colour creates a pleasant atmosphere in the illuminated room. The luminous flux is 90,000 lumens.
