Product information "CO2 Bag"
Quick description
CO2BAG is a simple, efficient and inexpensive way to add carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide increases the growth rate of your plants, speeds up the ripening of fruit and makes plants of higher quality. The CO2BAG is based on a formula that has been developed and refined together with growers since 2013.
Product description
CO2BAG can even multiply the growth rate of your plants and speed up fruit ripening! Improves flavour, colour and yield and makes plants of high quality.
Carbon dioxide is one of the most important building blocks for green plants. CO2BAG is a simple, effective way to add carbon dioxide to your grow room. Every green plant needs carbon dioxide to grow. If the plant cannot collect the required amount of carbon dioxide from the air, its growth slows down.
● Inexpensive
● Easy to use
● The smallest and most effective product on the market
● Improves flavour, colour and fruit
● Safe to use
When and where is the CO2Bag used?
Start using the CO2Bag 2-3 weeks after sowing. Pierce six holes in the top of the bag and hang it above your plants. In large greenhouses, it is best to hang the bag above the aisles. The CO2Bag only produces carbon dioxide at temperatures above 18 ºC. For storage, keep the sealed bag at a temperature below 18 ºC in a cool, dry room.
How can you maximise the benefits?
Thanks to the extra carbon dioxide in the air, plants can tolerate temperatures up to 3-5 ºC higher. However, this also means the plants need more water and nutrients. So don’t forget to provide enough water, nutrients and light to maximise the benefits of the CO2Bag.
How long can you use the CO2Bag?
When the contents of the CO2Bag come into contact with oxygen, it starts producing carbon dioxide. Note that it can take a few days before carbon dioxide production starts. Depending on the ventilation of the greenhouse, one CO2Bag produces carbon dioxide for a greenhouse of up to 5 m2 (50 ft2) for 1-3 months.
