APTUS SYSTEM CLEAN
System-Clean is a strong oxidising agent against bacterial growth, blockages and nutrient build-up in the irrigation system. A clean irrigation system improves the growth and development of plants, especially the root system, by making sure more oxygen and nutrients reach the plant, without affecting the pH value. Nutrients that are not absorbed build up in the irrigation system. The remaining nutrients acidify (lower the pH of) the medium, which increases the risk of bacterial growth, because this favours the pathogens present.
Why System Clean?
Prevents nutrients and oxygen from being lost in irrigation systems (improves the effectiveness of the irrigation system and absorption by the plant);
Removes deposits in irrigation systems (prevents nutrient blockage);
Adds extra oxygen to the roots (increases the amount of oxygen in the nutrient solution);
Removes the source of pathogens.
How to use System-Clean
Add System-Clean to the nutrient solution, preferably shortly before each watering, at 25 ml of System Clean per 100 l of water. Add System-Clean last, after the pH value has been adjusted. System Clean keeps working for three days. After three days, add System-Clean again for the total amount of water in the nutrient tank.
